Sean Guth became the President and CEO of Lose Design in 2022. With over 13 years of professional experience, Sean is proficient in creating design solutions that allow clients at Lose Design to maximize their investments, while respecting the natural environment of each project site. Serving as President, Sean strives to maintain the founding principles of the firm; focusing on a management style that is both client and employee-centric. Sean believes that our reputation is built on exceptional performance in delivering projects on time and within budget, on the preparation of detailed opinions of probable cost, strategic and comprehensive scheduling, and detailed construction administration. We impact communities in positive ways, we create Spaces for Life. An Architect at heart, Sean still plays an active role in project development serving as a strategist and problem solver.
